Every year, Sandnya Sanwardhan Sanstha organizes a summer camp at Butibori primises (Kalpataru Special School) with the aim of promoting the overall development of children. This year, the camp was successfully conducted from 4th May 2026 to 9th May 2026, with 7 boys and 6 girls.

The main objective of the camp is to help children develop life skills, confidence, and independence. During the camp, teachers carefully observe the children’s daily habits and routines outside their home environment. Staying away from their parents also helps children understand emotional changes and learn how to adapt in different situations.

Through this experience, children become more confident and realize how safe and comfortable they are with their teachers and school environment. The camp provides them with an opportunity to learn how to live independently, and every year, all the children respond enthusiastically to the activities and training sessions.

Before the camp begins, a proper schedule and activity plan is prepared, which is followed by all the teachers throughout the camp. Various activities are organized, including waking up early in the morning, going for walks, practicing yoga, and participating in art and craft sessions during the afternoon.

Evening activities include evening walks, recitation of Ramraksha, and other group activities that help improve discipline and emotional well-being. Along with these activities, special attention is given to teaching important daily life habits such as bathing independently, wearing clothes properly, washing clothes, and folding clothes neatly. Through these efforts, the school continuously strives to make children more self-reliant, disciplined, and confident in their everyday lives.
